摘要
该文设计了一种异步电机在线实时监控、故障诊断、精准保护系统。采用高精度传感器、PLC及其模拟扩展模块实时获取电机工作状态下的电流、电压和温度信号,根据电机故障特征阈值,建立一种浮点型数据诊断与显示机制,并实时根据异常情况实施停机、断电的保护措施。理论分析和实验表明,该设计是一种准确性高、实用性强、成本低的异步电机智能化故障诊断及报警系统,提高了生产设备运行的安全性和稳定性。
A real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and precise protection of asynchronous motor in operating is designed.The high precision sensor,PLC and it's analog extension module are used to acquire the current,voltage and temperature signals under the working condition of the motor in real time.According to the characteristic parameters of the motor fault,a floating point data diagnosis and display mechanism is established,and the protection measures of shutdown or power off are implemented in real time based on the abnormal situation.
