摘要
人工智能、大数据、5G、全息等新一代信息技术给教育的发展带来了前所未有的机遇,职前教师作为未来教师的生力军,需要具备一定的信息技术融合课堂教学的能力。为了解职前教师以整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK)为核心的信息化教学能力情况,通过调查江西部分师范院校刚经历教育实习的2021届职前教师,对调查数据展开独立样本T检验和单因素ANOVA统计分析后发现:职前教师以TPACK为核心的信息化教学能力在性别和专业上无显著性差异;而在教育实习期间,定期参加教研活动的职前教师无论是在TPACK单一维度还是TPACK整体水平都显著高于偶尔参加和不参加教研活动的职前教师。针对分析结果,笔者建议,师范院校应在组织管理教育实习期间,依托教研活动开展信息化教学实战训练,提升职前教师以TPACK为核心的信息化教学能力。
In the intelligent era, the new generation of information technology such as big data, 5 G, and holography has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of education. As the new force of future teachers, pre-service teachers need to have a certain ability to integrate information technology into classroom teaching. In order to understand the informatization teaching ability of pre-service teachers with TPACK as the core, the article investigates the 2021 pre-service teachers in some normal universities in Jiangxi who have just gone through educational internships, and conducts independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA statistical analysis on the survey data. The results are: pre-service teachers’ informatization teaching ability with TPACK as the core has no significant differences in gender and profession;during the educational practice period, pre-service teachers who regularly participate in teaching and research activities are significantly higher in both the single dimension of TPACK and the overall level of TPACK than pre-service teachers who occasionally or never participate in teaching and research activities. In response to the analysis results, the author suggests that normal colleges and universities organize management education internships, relying on teaching and research activities to carry out practical training in informatization teaching, and improve pre-service teachers’ informatization teaching ability with TPACK as the core.
