摘要
伴随着科技的发展,可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)技术在我国获得了较大的发展,并被广泛运用于食品机械制造中。PLC实质上是一种用于工业控制的计算机系统,由中央处理器、主机电源、存储设备和输入/输出接口组成,具备使用方便、实用性强、体型小、耗能低和抗扰能力强的优势,普遍适用于机械加工行业。在食品机械制造的生产环节中,PLC自动化控制技术能通过远程操作和网络通信,数据分析和开关控制功能来实现材料供给和运送数字化、生产智能化、设备安装调试数字化和查验数字化。
With the development of science and technology, PLC technology has achieved great development in my China and has been widely used in food machinery manufacturing. PLC is essentially a computer system used for industrial control. It consists of a central processing unit, a host power supply, a storage device and an input/output interface. It is easy to use, has strong practicability, small size, low energy consumption and strong anti-interference ability. The advantages are generally applicable to the machining industry. In the production process of food machinery manufacturing, PLC automation control technology can realize digitization of material supply and transportation, intelligent production, digitization of equipment installation and debugging, and digitization of inspection through remote operation and network communication,data analysis and switch control functionality.
