摘要
根据现有煤矿装车系统的特点,提出自动化改造方案。采用西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC和组态软件WinCC,实现对整个装车过程的自动控制、手动控制,能够可靠、准确地实时监测和记录装车过程中的运行状况,并具有记录查询、报警、冗余和网络发布等功能。实践证明,装车过程的自动化程度和效率得到了提高,实现了火车的自动定量装载。
Automation transforming project is proposed based on the characteristics of the loading system. The PLC of Siemens S7 - 300 and WinCC is used in the loading system to implement the automatic control and manual control of the entire loading process. The running process of loading can be real-time monitored and recorded, and the system also have functions of inquiring history record, alarm, system redundancy and web publishing. The practically running results shows that, the loading system＇s automation and efficiency are enhanced and the automatical and quantitative train loading is realized.
