摘要
亚临床型甲状腺功能减退又可称之为亚临床型甲减,指血清的促甲状腺激素水平持续增高,但游离甲状腺素与游离三碘甲状原氨酸水平仍处于正常范围,且极少有患者存在甲状腺功能减退的相关临床表现与体征。此外,研究显示,亚临床型甲状腺功能减退患者的机体代偿作用会促使甲状腺激素稳定于正常水平。本文就亚临床型甲状腺功能减退与代谢综合征相关性的研究进展进行综述。
Subclinical hypothyroidism also known as subclinical hypothyroidism,which is caused by the continuous increase of serum thyroid-stimulating hormone levels,while the levels of free thyroxine and free triiodothyrine remain within the normal range,and few patients have clinical manifestations and signs of hypothyroidism.In addition,compensation has been shown to stabilize thyroid hormones to normal levels in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.This paper analyzes the research progress of the correlation between Subclinical hypothyroidism and metabolic syndrome.
