摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合降压药对高血压患者动态血压及血压变异性的影响。方法选取四川省某医院2016年2-10月收治的120例高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组患者使用氨氯地平进行降压治疗,研究组患者使用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的24h动态血压及血压变异性指标。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者24h动态血压及血压变异性指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者24h动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于治疗前,且研究组患者24h动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者白天动态血压及血压变异性指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者白天动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于治疗前,且研究组患者白天动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者夜间动态血压及血压变异性指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者夜间动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于治疗前,且研究组患者夜间动态血压及血压变异性指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合降压药治疗高血压,能有效降低患者血压、改善血压变异性,效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To assess the effect of atorvastatin combined with antihypertensive drugs on ambulatory blood pressure and its variability in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension treated at a Sichuan hospital from February to October,2016 were included in this study.Patients were divided into the trial group（amlodipine plus atorvastatin）and the control group（amlodipine alone）by using a random number table,60 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy as well as the 24 hambulatory blood pressure and its variability were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate in the trial group reached 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（76.67%,P 0.05）.Before treatment,the 24 hambulatory blood pressure and its variability were comparable between the two groups（P0.05）;after treatment,these parameters were significantly lower compared with those before treatment in both groups,but with greater reductions in the trial group（P0.05）.Similar results were also obtained when we analyzed the daytime and nighttime ambulatory blood pressure and its variability,respectively.Conclusion In patients with hypertension,the addition of atorvastatin to antihypertensive drugs can effectively decrease blood pressure and improve blood pressure variability,which is worthy of widespread clinical application.
