摘要
目的挖掘与老年住院患者跌倒事件的关联因素,为制订住院患者跌倒防范措施提供依据。方法应用Apriori数据挖掘算法对浙江省某三级甲等医院2018—2021年上报的258例老年跌倒患者(≥65岁)相关数据进行挖掘分析,找出数据库中与跌倒有关的项集及关系,建立关联规则。结果通过条件设定及卡方检验筛选出743条规则,结合临床与护理专业知识,最终确定10条与跌倒关联的规则。结论通过数据挖掘,深入分析跌倒事件各因素间的关联规则,能够获取老年住院患者跌倒事件的特征性因素,为构建院内跌倒防范体系提供依据。
Objective To explore the related factors of falls in elderly inpatients,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating fall prevention measures for inpatients.Methods Apriori Algorithm was adopted to analyze the data of 258 elderly inpatients with falls(≥65 years old)reported by a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2021,in order to find the frequent sets and association rules.Results A total of 743 association rules were selected through condition setting and Chi-square test.Taking clinical and nursing professional knowledge into amount,10 association rules were finally determined.Conclusion Data mining can be used to deeply explore the association rules among the factors of falls,figure out the characteristic factors of falls in elderly inpatients,and provide reference for constructing the fall prevention system in hospital.
