摘要
目的研究谷红注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法纳入该院2019年1月-2019年12月确诊罹患脑梗死疾病的120例患者作为研究对象,基于病案编号单双号进行分组,其中60例归入对照组(接受丹参多酚酸盐静注治疗),另60例归入实验组(加用谷红注射液静注给药);比较两组系统治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、疗效、炎症因子、血液流变学指标及安全性差异。结果两组用药前的NIHSS评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,实验组各时段的NIHSS评分、IL-6、TNF-α及血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,且实验组治疗总优良率(95.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论谷红注射液联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性脑梗死整体疗效突出,可较好地改善患者机体炎症反应与脑部血运,安全性良好。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Guhong Injection(谷红注射液)combined with salvianolate in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 acute cerebral infarction patients treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in our unit were selected and grouped by medical record number.60 cases of taking salvianolate were included in the control group;60 cases of taking salvianolate and intravenous Injection of Guhong injection were included in the experimental group.National institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,hemorheological indicators and treatment safety were compared.Results Before medication,there was no significant betweengroup differences of NIHSS scores,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),plasma viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity and plasma fibrinogen levels(P>0.05);after medication,NIHSS scores,IL-6,TNF-αand hemorheological indicators in the experimental group were lower than control group;total good rate in the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than control group(83.33%)(P<0.05);there was no significant difference of the whole adverse event rate(11.67%vs.8.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Guhong Injection combined with salvianolate can effectively improve the inflammatory reactions,cerebral blood supply and treatment safety.
