摘要
炎性肠病性关节炎为骨科病因性疑难病,发病率近年来呈上升趋势,本着古方今用、挖掘中医药辨证论治的内涵和外延,将吴鞠通《温病条辨》从体质从化、标本兼治、三焦分证3个方面的思路和方法论治炎性肠病性关节炎作以探析,以飨同道。
Inflammatory bowel disease arthritis,as a difficult disease in orthopedics,is on the rise in recent years.In line with the ancient prescriptions and modern use,and the connotation and denotation of TCM syndrome differentiation,this paper analyzed the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in WU Jutong's Epidemic Febrile Diseases arthritis from three aspects:transformation of constitution,treatment of both manifestation and root cause of disease,and differentiation of triple energizer.
