摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出茜草具有以下特点:临床汤剂常用量为7~80 g,丸散剂常用量为0.26~5 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如凉血止血、活血化瘀治疗妇科疾病(如崩漏、痛经、闭经)、肾系疾病(如慢性肾炎、慢性前列腺炎等)、皮肤科疾病(如玫瑰糠疹、湿疹、紫斑等)、眼科疾病(如视网膜静脉周围炎、视网膜中央静脉血栓),为7~30 g;清热凉血、止血治疗肺系疾病(如咳嗽、肺子宫内膜异位症、肺癌等)、炎性肠病性关节炎、出血性疾病(吐血、衄血、咳血等),为1.67~25 g;清热凉血治疗过敏性鼻炎,为20~80 g;活血化瘀治疗消化系统疾病(食积),为0.26 g(散剂)。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如凉血止血、活血化瘀常配伍血余炭、乌贼骨、黄柏、知母等;清热凉血常配伍白茅根、赤芍等。
Through the collection of ancient medical books and clinical application of modern doctors,it is concluded that Radix Rubiae has the following characteristics:The usual dosage range for decoction is 7-80 g,the usual dosage range for pills and powders is 0.26-5 g.According to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,different dosage of Radix Rubiae is selected,such as cooling blood to stop bleeding,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to treat gynecological diseases (metrorrhagia,dysmenorrheal,amenorrhea,etc.),kidney disease (chronic nephritis,chronic prostatitis,etc.),dermatosis (pityriasis,eczema,purpura,ect.),ophthalmic disease (periphlebitis of retina,central retinal vein thrombosis,etc.),the dosage is 7-30 g;clearing heat and cooling blood,stop bleeding to treat lung disease (begma,pulmonary endometriosis,lung cancer,ect.),inflammatory bowel disease arthritis,hemorrhagic diseases (hematemesis,hemoptysis,epistaxis),the dosage is 1.67-25 g;clearing heat and cooling bloodto treat allergic rhinitis,the dosage is 20-80 g;promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis to treat digestive system diseases (food retention),the dosage is 0.26 g (powders).When treating diseases,syndrome type and symptoms,it compatible with different herbs.For example,when cooling blood to stop bleeding,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,it is often combined with Crinis Carbonisatus,Os Sepiellae seu Sepiae,Phellodendron amurense,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,etc.When clearing heat and cooling blood,it is often combined with Rhizoma Imperatae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,etc.
