Optimization Drug Withdrawal Model in the Inpatient Pharmacy by Information System Management

摘要 目的探讨基于信息系统的优化退药模式能否减少人力成本、降低住院药房工作量,保证药品质量和临床用药安全。方法运用计算机编程处理,将退药信息记录于电脑中,当该科室再次开具相同药品时可直接用该科室记录的退药抵扣。结果注射剂医嘱量绝对值和应退药占比在2020年前基本呈上升趋势,但实退药占比和实退药/应退药比值则于2014年显著下降,其后保持稳定。同流程优化前比较,应退药占比无明显变化,但实退药绝对值、实退药占比、实退药/应退药比值、实际退药耗费时间及实退药时间/应退药时间比值均明显下降。结论基于信息系统的优化退药模式,有效减少了实物退药数量、节约了人力成本,有助于保障患者用药安全。 OBJECTIVE To explore whether the optimized drug withdrawal model based on information system could reduce labor cost and workload of the inpatient pharmacy,thereby ensuring drug quality and medication safety.METHODS Drug withdrawn information was recorded after being processed by computer software,and the drugs would be deducted automatically while they were prescribed again.RESULTS There displayed increasing trends in actual amount of prescriptions for injection and the ratio between theoretical amount of drug withdrawn and the amount of prescriptions before 2020.However,actual amount of drug withdrawn,as well as the ratio between actual amount of drug withdrawn and theoretical amount of drug withdrawn,were reduced in 2014 compared with before optimization,but remained to be stable since 2014.Compared with before optimization,the ratio between theoretical amount of drug withdrawn and the amount of prescriptions was unchanged.Nevertheless,there were marked decreases in actual amount of drug withdrawal,the ratio between actual amount of drug withdrawal and the amount of prescriptions,the ratio between actual amount of drug withdrawal and theoretical amount of drug withdrawal,actual time⁃consuming for drug withdrawal,and the ratio between actual time⁃consuming for drug withdrawal and theoretical time⁃consuming for drug withdrawal.CONCLUSION The optimized drug withdrawal model based on information system management can reduce the actual amount of drug withdrawn and labor cost,provide insurance for medication safety.
