摘要
目的:了解2021年佛山市顺德区食品安全状况,为政府监管决策提供科学依据和数据支持。方法:汇总整理广东省、佛山市、顺德区及其3个同级辖区的市场监督管理局发布的2021年食品安全监督抽检结果,对食品类别和不合格项目抽检情况进行分析。结果:2021年,顺德区共组织完成食品安全监督抽检16 894批次,发现不合格样品430批次,总体不合格率为2.55%。不合格率较高的3类食品依次是水产制品、肉制品和食糖,不合格率明显高于广东省、佛山市其他同级辖区。检验不合格的项目以微生物指标为主。结论:与佛山市及其他3个同级辖区相比,顺德区食品安全监督抽检数量明显较高,不合格率处于中间水平。建议监管部门适量增加专项抽检,治理食品安全突出问题;加强对食品中微生物项目的重视;建立定期汇总分析机制,充分利用食品监督抽检质量信息。
Objective: To understand the food safety situation in Shunde district of Foshan city in 2021, and provide scientific basis and data support for government supervision and decision-making. Method: The sampling results of food safety supervision in 2021 issued by the market supervision and administration bureaus of Guangdong province, Foshan city, Shunde district and their three districts at the same level were summarized and analyzed.Result: In 2021, Shunde district organized a total of 16 894 batches of food safety supervision and random inspection,and found 430 batches of unqualified samples, with an overall unqualified rate of 2.55%. The three categories of food with high unqualified rate are aquatic products, meat products and sugar in turn, and the unqualified rate is significantly higher than that of Guangdong province and other jurisdictions at the same level in Foshan city. The unqualified items are mainly microbial indicators. Conclusion: Compared with Foshan city and other three districts at the same level, the number of food safety supervision spot checks in Shunde district is significantly higher, and the unqualified rate is in the middle level. It is suggested that the regulatory authorities should appropriately increase special sampling inspection to deal with the prominent problems of food safety;Pay more attention to the microbial items in food;Establish a regular collection and analysis mechanism to make full use of the quality information of food supervision and sampling.
