摘要
本文对实验室2018.8~2020.7年间食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠测定时每批次样品加标进行分析并获得回收率结果进行收集。以相邻的两个年度的质控回收率作为原始数据,采用t检验和F检验,判断这两个年度的数列的均值及标准差是否存在显著差异,从而确认该项目的趋势是否稳定。
This paper collects the data of determination of sodium cyclamate in food when the laboratory analyzed the sample spike for each batch and obtained the recovery results from August 2018 to July 2020.Taking the quality control recovery results of the two adjacent years as the original data,t test and F test are used to confirm if there is significant difference between two groups,so as to confirm whether the trend of this item is stable.
