高碳铬铁中硅、磷、锰元素含量测定新方法

New Method for Determining Content of Silicon,Phosphorus and Manganese in High Carbon Ferrochrome

摘要 为了解决传统检测高碳铬铁中硅、磷、锰元素含量方法存在的一次试样只能检测一个元素,铬、镍元素基体效应高等问题,研究了一种新方法,避免了上述问题,实现了一次试样连续测定高碳铬铁中硅、磷、锰元素含量,测定值与标准物质认定值一致,满足实验结果准确度和精密度要求,降低检测成本,提高检测效率。 In order to solve the problems that only one element could be determined in high carbon ferrochrome by using primary samples and the matrix effects of such elements as Cr and Ni was strong by traditional determining method, the new method was developed. Depending on the new method, the problems mentioned above were prevented, and elements such as Si, P and Mn in high carbon ferrochrome could be continuously determined by using primary samples and also the determined values were in accordance with the certified ones asked by standard substances. So the new method could meet the requirements on precision and accuracy asked by experiment results,while the cost for measuring elements reduced and measuring efficiency improved.
