对光度法的新认知

New cognition of photometry

摘要 以钢铁中锰的测定和工业盐的纯度测定为例,表明遵守“精密度法则”,即“保持各影响因素对于同一测定系列各个样品影响的一致性”的条件下,对光度法的基本规律、光度法测量的上限和下限、光度法的相对误差、测定结果有了新的认识,并对光度计的选择进行了讨论。新认识展现了光度法的全貌特征:设备简单,客观科学,应用领域广,操作简便,标准样品易配制,干扰易消除,易实现联测,是分析化学中一个无可替代的分支,同时为光度计研制具有指导意义。 Taking the determination of manganese in iron and steel and the purity determination of industrial salt as examples,it is shown that adherence to the"precision rule",that is,"to maintain the consistency of the influence of various influencing factors on each sample of the same determination series",and a new cognition of photometric method was put forward.The"extinction law of colorimetric system".New views on the law of photometry,the upper and lower limits of photometric measurement,the relative error of photometry,the determination results were gained,and the selection of photometer were discussed.The new understanding shows the whole picture characteristics of photometry:simple equipment,objective science,wide application fields,simple operation,easy preparation of standard samples,easy elimination of interference,and easy realization of joint measurement.It is an irreplaceable branch of analytical chemistry.It is also of guiding significance for the development of photometer.
