摘要
与传统汽车相比,纯电动汽车最大的变革是取消了内燃机,改为电机,能量来源由燃油改为车载蓄电池。随之带来的就是能源补充方式由加油变成了充电,这一过程的变化也为车辆的电磁兼容性带来了新的挑战---即充电状态的发射与抗扰。本文首先通过对国外相关标准的研究,分解充电的过程,从标准、电气结构、设计、工作模式等方面结合理论分析车辆与充电桩通信异常的问题,并有针对性的提出了思路和方法,并分析了可行的暗室滤波系统的设计方案。
Compared with traditional vehicles,the biggest change of pure electric vehicles is to cancel the internal combustion engine and change it to an electric motor,and the energy source is changed from fuel to on-board battery.As a result,the way of energy supplement has changed from refueling to charging.The change of this process has also brought new challenges to the electromagnetic compatibility of vehicles-that is,the emission and immunity of charging state.Firstly,through the research of relevant foreign standards,this paper decomposes the charging process,analyzes the problem of abnormal communication between vehicle and charging pile from the aspects of standards,electrical structure,design and working mode,puts forward solutions and means,and analyzes the feasible design scheme of ALSE filter system.
