摘要
针对深井高应力软岩巷道围岩松动范围大、变形剧烈、难支护的技术难题,以顾桥矿1127(1)运输顺槽底板巷为研究对象,采用现场调研、理论分析和钻孔窥视的方法,对该巷道围岩的变形破坏特征及影响因素进行了分析,并对巷道围岩的松动破坏范围进行了实测。结果表明,地质构造、临近巷道掘进扰动及支护参数设计不合理是巷道围岩变形破坏的主要原因;在临近巷道开挖扰动下,巷道顶板及两帮围岩的最大松动破坏范围分别为5.2 m和2.2 m。根据该巷道大变形特点,基于锚索集中布置强承载特性,结合数值模拟分析,提出了“锚索集中布置补强+浅部围岩中空锚杆注浆+深部围岩中空锚索注浆”修护加固方案。工程实践表明,该套巷修加固方案可有效控制巷道围岩的变形,巷修加固效果显著,为类似条件深井高应力软岩巷道支护和变形修复提供了参考。
In view of the technical difficulties of surrounding rock in high-stress soft-rock roadways in a deep mine,such as large looseness,severe deformation,and difficult support,taking the floor roadway of 1127(1) transport gateway in Guqiao Mine as the research object,the deformation and failure characteristics and influencing factors of the surrounding rock were analyzed by field research,theoretical analysis,and borehole peeping.Besides,the loose and damaged range of the surrounding rock was measured.The results show the main reasons for the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock,including the geological structure,excavation disturbance caused by adjacent roadways,and unreasonable supporting parameters.Under the excavation disturbance,the maximum loosening failure range of the roof and the sidewalls is 5.2 m and 2.2 m,respectively.Based on the large deformation,the strong bearing of the centralized layout of anchor cables,and the numerical simulation analysis,a comprehensive reinforcement plan was proposed,combining reinforcement of the centralized layout of anchor cables,hollow grouting anchor for shallow surrounding rock,and hollow grouting anchor for deep surrounding rock.The engineering practice shows that this plan could control the deformation of the surrounding rock with the remarkable effect of reinforcement,providing a reference for the supporting and deformation repairing of the high-stress soft-rock roadways in similar conditions.
