国内外全渠道零售研究演进与热点的知识图谱探析 被引量:2

摘要 随着移动互联网、大数据和人工智能等技术的发展,社交化、本地化和移动化(SOLOMO)消费群体逐渐形成,企业的零售模式也随之改变,零售渠道的发展由单渠道、多渠道、跨渠道,进入到全渠道零售。本文基于知识图谱分析理论,应用引文可视化分析工具,分别对此进行分析。通过分析发现,学科正处于一个蓬勃发展的时期,国内外都对推动零售业态变革的动力——科学技术的发展与消费者需求的变化进行了研究,对消费者的研究更加全面深入。 With the development of technologies such as mobile Internet,big data and artificial intelligence,socialized,localized and mobile(SOLOMO)consumer groups have gradually formed,and the retail model of enterprises has also changed.Multi-channel,cross-channel,into omni-channel retail.Based on the knowledge graph analysis theory,this paper uses citation visualization analysis tools to analyze them separately.Through the analysis,it is found that the discipline is in a period of vigorous development,and domestic and foreign researches have been carried out on the driving force for the reform of the retail format-the development of science and technology and the changes in consumer demand,and the research on consumers is more comprehensive and in-depth.
