摘要 资源教师是随班就读工作的重要师资力量,是推进普特融合的桥梁。资源教师专业素养既与资源教师个体和资源教师队伍的专业素养提升有关,又在一定程度上决定着融合教育推进的质量。资源教师的专业素养主要涵盖普适和特殊、知识和技能两大维度,具体划分为普适知识素养、特殊知识素养、特殊技能素养、普适技能素养。颁布相关教育政策、建立资源教师团队合作、逐步完善各类师范院校的培养体系、建立健全资源教师准入制度,是资源教师专业素养的发展路径。 Resource teachers are an important force in the work of studying in regular classes,and they are the bridge to promote general and special education integration.The professional literacy of resource teachers is not only related to the improvement of individual resource teachers and the professional literacy of resource teachers,but also determines the quality of inclusive education to a certain extent.The professional literacy of resource teachers mainly covers two dimensions,namely universal and special,knowledge and skills,which are specifically divided into universal knowledge literacy,special knowledge literacy,special skills literacy,and universal skills literacy.The promulgation of education policies,establishment of resource teacher team cooperation,gradual improvement of the training system of various normal colleges,and establishment of a sound resource teacher admission system are the development paths of resource teachers’professional literacy.
