摘要
随着数据驱动下项目管理活动的日益渗透,以项目管理为基础的管理类专业不断发展。本文以课程教学为导向,强化打造基于KTPA的项目管理课程特色教学体系以及基于混合学习方法的项目管理课程教学方法体系。该课程体系具有“宽基础、活模块”和“多元整合”的特征。数据驱动下课程特色教学体系的构建,将对专业教育以及课程教学的优化设计产生深远的意义,同时也明确项目管理课程建设的具体目标和发展的学科方向。
With the increasing penetration of project management activities driven by data, management majors based on project management continues to develop. Guided by the course teaching, this paper strengthens the building of the project management course characteristic teaching system based on KTPA and the teaching method system based on hybrid learning method. The curriculum system has the characteristics of wide foundation, flexible modules and multiple-integration. The construction of the characteristic teaching system of this course driven by data will have far-reaching significance for the optimization design of professional education and course teaching. At the same time, it also defines the specific objectives of project management course construction and the developing direction of discipline.
