摘要
申鹏飞主任医师认为,中风后平衡功能障碍多属本虚标实之证,根本病机在于气血不足,髓海空虚,肝风夹痰浊、瘀血上扰于脑,导致窍闭神逆,神不导气,气机逆乱,阴阳失调,经络瘀滞。故治疗时应重视调神,上取与脑神相关的督脉、膀胱经、胆经,调神开窍,下取与心神相关的内关、神门、膻中,中脘、足三里、三阴交,养血安神,心神与脑神同调,并结合头针,共同激发头部经气,联合经筋刺法,疏通肢体经脉气血,振奋人体正气,从上导下,整体与局部共治,气血调和,阴平阳秘,从而促进患者平衡功能的恢复。
Chief physician Shen Peng-fei believes that the balance dysfunction after stroke is mostly the syndrome of deficient root causes and excessive manifestations.The fundamental pathogenesis lies in the deficiency of qi and blood,the emptiness of the marrow sea,the liver wind with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis disturbing the brain,resulting in the closure of the orifices and the inversion of the mind,the failure of the spirit to guide qi,the disorder of the qi movement,the imbalance of yin and yang,and the stagnation of meridians and collaterals.Therefore,attention should be paid to the regulation of mind during treatment.GV,bladder and gallbladder channels related to the brain can be taken to regulate the mind and open the orifices.Neiguan(PC 6),Shenmen(HT 7),Danzhong(RN 17),Zhongwan(RN 12),Zusanli(ST 36) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) related to the mind can be taken to nourish blood and calm the mind.Scalp acupuncture can also be combined with to jointly stimulate the meridians qi of the head,and together with acupuncture through meridian tendons to dredge the meridians′ qi and blood of the limbs,stimulate the healthy qi of the human body,guide the whole from the top to the bottom,treat the whole and the part together,harmonize qi and blood,keep balance of yin and yang,so as to promote the recovery of the patient′s balance function.
