摘要
目的探讨血栓通注射液联合硫酸氯吡格雷对进展性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及氧化应激的影响。方法选取我院收治的进展性缺血性脑卒中患者50例,数字随机表法将其分成两组,每组25例。对照组给予硫酸氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在此基础上联合血栓通注射液治疗,两组均持续治疗2周,对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果治疗后,两组简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分高于治疗前,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)低于治疗前,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,NIHSS低于对照组(P<0.05),两组丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液联合硫酸氯吡格雷治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中,可改善神经功能,减轻氧化应激反应及炎症反应,减少脑损伤。
Objective To explore the effect of Xueshuantong injection combined with clopidogrel sulfate on neural function and oxidative stress indexes in patients with progressive ischemic stroke.Methods Fifty patients with progressive ischemic stroke in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the number random table method,25 cases in each.The control group was treated with clopidogrel sulfate,and the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong injection on this basis,treatment for 2 weeks in both groups,and the treatment results in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the mini-mental state rating scale(MMSE)score in two groups were higher than before treatment,while the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)was lower than before treatment.The MMSE score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the NIHSS was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of malonaldehydic acid(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-α),homocysteine(Hcy),interleukin-6(IL-6)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,those in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with clopidogrel sulfate for patients with progressive ischemic stroke can improve nerve function,reduce oxidative stress response,inflammatory response and brain damage.
