摘要
利用逆向工程技术对零件进行反向设计可以解决零件三维模型重建、加工质量检测、支持产品改进开发以及零件维修等问题。针对RE逆向设计模型的质量评价问题,采用精密几何检测规划软件对重要几何要素进行检测验证,解决传统RE方法不能提前发现其设计不合理的问题。以二轮发动机右箱体零件为例,阐明了RE技术与几何要素检测集成的步骤和方法,并验证了该方法的可行性。
Using reverse engineering technology to reverse design mechanical parts can solve the practical problems,such as 3D model re-design,machined part inspections,the existing product improvement,and the repairing parts,etc.Aiming at the quality evaluation problem of the reverse design model,an innovative way of integrating the inspection activities in the coordinate measurement system for the dimensions and tolerance requirements by the reversed part is presented in this paper,and it can effectively solve the problem of geometric fitting deviation of the matting elements which cannot be solved by the RE software directly.A typical two-wheel engine box is taken to illustrate the integration method of the RE and geometric element inspection.And the feasibility is verified.
