摘要
采用逆向工程技术,通过先进的三维扫描设备取得点数据,运用Imageware软件进行曲面重建,最终完成了模具修复,并对整个过程进行了详细叙述,对点数据处理和曲面构建中需注意的重点进行了说明,对解决类似问题有一定的借鉴作用。
Applying reverse engineering technology and 3D scanning equipment to get the punctual data of the component, then using software Imageware to reestablish the profile. A particular description was made on the recondition process. The key points in the treatment of punctual data and the establishment of profile were stated.
