摘要
反刍动物生产过程中所排放的甲烷不仅加剧了全球温室效应,而且还造成了反刍动物2%~12%的能量损失,降低了饲料利用率。近年来,大型海藻作为一种新型饲料资源,其具备的缓解反刍动物甲烷排放的能力得到了广泛关注。本文综述了大型海藻的营养成分、不同大型海藻减少甲烷排放的效果、大型海藻缓解甲烷排放的主要活性物质及其作用机制等方面的相关研究进展,以期为使用大型海藻缓解反刍动物瘤胃甲烷排放提供参考。
Methane emitted by ruminants during ruminant production not only exacerbates global greenhouse effect,but also causes energy loss of 2%to 12%in ruminants,thereby decreases the rate of feed utilization.In recent years,large-sized seaweed,as a new feed resource,has attracted widespread attention for its ability to alleviate methane emission of ruminants.This paper reviewed the relevant research progress of the nutrition ingredients of large-sized seaweed,the effectiveness of various large-sized seaweeds on reducing methane emission,the main bioactive substances in large-sized seaweed to mitigate methane emission and their mechanism,etc.,in order to provide some references for the use of large-sized seaweed to alleviate methane emission of ruminants.
