基于GLS算法的气相色谱仪检测偏差原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 在能量计量模式即将实施的情况下,按照GB/T 28766—2018天然气分析系统性能评价(ISO 10723:2012)对天然气计量站现场安装的在线气相色谱仪开展性能评价,能够得到仪器检测组成数据是否准确的评价结果,保证贸易结算数据的准确性。在广义最小二乘法(GLS)算法拟合天然气分析系统的响应函数的基础上,对2台色谱仪的评价结果进行比较,考察仪器回归函数偏差情况与高位体积发热量偏差情况之间的关系。结果表明:当天然气中占主要成份的组分函数偏差较大时,相应的发热量偏差会超出标准规定的范围,因此在能量计量的条件下,建议定期对气相色谱仪开展性能评价工作。 when the energy metering mode is about to be implemented, the performance evaluation of the on-line gas chromatograph installed on the site of the natural gas metering station is carried out according to the performance evaluation of natural gas analysis system(GB/T 28766—2018)(ISO 10723:2012), which can obtain the evaluation results of the evaluation results of the accuracy of the instrument detection composition data and ensure the accuracy of trade settlement data. On the basis of fitting the response function of natural gas analysis system with generalized least squares(GLS) algorithm, this paper compares the evaluation results of two chromatographs, and investigates the relationship between the deviation of instrument regression function and the deviation of high volume calorific value. The comparison results show that when the component function deviation of the main components in natural gas is large, the corresponding calorific value deviation will exceed the range specified in the standard. Therefore, under the condition of energy measurement, it is very necessary to carry out performance evaluation of gas chromatograph regularly.
