摘要
为实现灰树花的绿色高效栽培,首先对适栽优良品种进行筛选,随后开展温度对菌丝生理成熟度的影响、刺孔对出菇的影响、菌袋摆放对出菇的影响等方面研究。结果表明,筛选的2个灰树花优良菌株HSH3和HSH4具有易现原基、朵型好、产量高的优点;发菌满袋后在22℃~25℃暗光条件下培养12 d~18 d,菌丝即可达到生理成熟,大量形成原基;通过定位刺孔管理可实现定向出菇,达到出菇整齐、菇质优的效果。相较于单层地面摆放,层架式栽培管理的空间利用率提高近3倍。采用的灰树花层架式栽培模式,具有清洁、绿色、高效的特点,对灰树花栽培技术的发展具有一定的参考价值。
In order to realize the environment-friendly and highly effective cultivation of Grifola frondosa, experiments on suitable strains were screened firstly, then the effect of temperature on maturation degree of mycelia, effect of hole-making on fruiting, and the effect of the placement of edible fungi bags on fruiting were performed. The results indicated that, the two excellent strains of G. frondosa HSH3 and HSH4 obtained by screening were prone to showing primordia, with good fruit body phenotype and high production;after mycelial growth, physiological maturation would be reached after 12 to 18 days contineous cultivation under 22 ℃ to 25℃, with massive primordia formation. Hole-making at certain sites on bags could promote fruiting in certain directions, resulting in fruiting uniformly with good quality. In contrast with single-layer placement on ground, the indoor layer rack placement could improve room utility rate by almost 3 times. The indoor layer rack cultivation of G. frondosa was realized, with clean, environment-friendly and highly effective production, which would be of referential value for the development of G. frondosa cultivation.
