摘要
本文针对变电站35 kV开关柜套管多次烧毁问题,通过电能质量测试数据分析,得到谐波指标超过国标限值,其它电能质量指标均未超过国标限值,经过溯源定位谐波源来自于35 kV侧,35 kV侧谐波电流注入系统高压侧110 kV,对故障时录波文件分析谐波伴随存在变压器合闸涌流。通过变电站出线用户现场调研、分析计算,得到变电站套管的烧毁是由过电压引起的,很大可能是由5次谐波并联谐振放大、变压器合闸涌流等多个因素导致的,并提出多条针对性建议。
Aiming at solving the problem of the multiple burnouts of the 35 kV switchgear bushings in a substation,it was found that the harmonic index exceeded the national standard limit through the analysis of power quality test data in this paper,while other power quality indicators did not exceed the national standard limit.The harmonics were traced to the 35 kV side of the system,whose harmonic current is injected into the 110 kV side.Through analysis of the oscillographic fault record,it is revealed that the harmonic current was accompanied by the closing inrush current of the transformer.Through field investigation,analysis and calculation,it is concluded that the burnout of substation bushings was caused by overvoltage,which is likely to be caused by the 5th harmonic parallel resonance amplification,the closing inrush current of the transformer and other factors,and several targeted suggestions are proposed.
