摘要
直流断路器是地铁供电系统中切除故障的关键设备。目前,我国地铁供电系统中采用的直流断路器多为强制拉弧,故障电流可高达数万安培,从而导致直流断路器烧毁。该文首先在分析电弧数学模型的基础上,结合Matlab软件中的Mayr模型,建立了传统直流断路器的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,因断路器电流过大从而导致传统直流断路器易损坏。针对传统直流断路器的不足,文中提出了传统直流断路器的改进方案,给出了电路结构,并建立了仿真模型。仿真结果表明,改进型直流断路器具有良好的熄弧特性,不易遭受损坏,具有良好的应用前景。
DC breaker is the crucial apparatus in metro system for removal of faults.Compulsive arc extinguishing is the main method used in DC breakers in our metro system,so the breaking current is very high,which can prevalently burn down the DC breakers.On the basis of mathematic model of electric arc,this paper established a simulation system in Matlab.And then,the simulation result proves that the high current directly leads to the burn of traditional DC breaker.In order to overcome the defect of traditional breaker,an improved DC breaker is proposed in this paper.Meanwhile,a new electric structure of breaker with its new simulation model is built in this paper.Finally,the simulation shows the ideal charicteristic of arc extinction and the low burn probability of contactor of new type DC breaker,and this design will find many application in the future.
