摘要
学生体质健康测试是指学校针对学生的体质情况进行年度评估与检测,测试结果能够直接反映学生的身心健康发展情况。当前,高职院校学生体质健康测试工作依然存在较多问题,测试数据无法保证准确性与真实性,测试效率明显降低。该文以达州职业技术学院为例,分析了高职学生体质健康测试存在的问题,针对性提出解决对策,以期更好地检测学生的身心健康情况,保证人才培养质量。
Students’physical health test means that the school completes the annual assessment and test according to the students’physical condition,and the test results directly affect the students’physical and mental health and all-round development.At present,there are still many problems in the physical health test of students in higher vocational colleges.The test data can not guarantee the accuracy and authenticity,and the test efficiency is significantly reduced.Taking Dazhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the physical health test of higher vocational students,and puts forward countermeasures to better test the physical and mental health of students and ensure the quality of talent training.
