摘要
运用文献资料法、调查访谈法及逻辑分析法,以"阳光体育运动"为研究对象,得出结论:学生的体育健身意识淡薄、体育场地缺乏、课程时间段混杂等"冲突"问题是制约"阳光体育运动"在高校中有效开展的主要原因,唯一能完全做到"共融"的就是高校体育教学的正常开展。并提出:高校体育实行专项课与素质课分开教学的模式进行教学;实质性地成立由校级领导牵头多个部门共同组成"阳光体育运动"工作领导小组;制订具体实施方案,建立健全监管系统,科学落实"阳光体育运动"开展,保证有"阳光"的时候让学生运动起来。
This paper, using the method of literature review, investigation and logical analysis, taking the sunshine sports as research object, analyzes the main reasons that restrict the development of sunshine sports in college are student's poor physical exercise awareness,lack of sports venues and the curriculum of the mixing time and other. The only fully harmony is normal college physical education. It suggests that college sports should follow the separation model of specific and quality class, establish a multi-agency effort led by the composition of the "sunshine sports" leading group,develop specific implementation plans and establish a sound regulatory system. The scientific implementation of the sunshine sports ensures the sunshine sports time for the student.
