摘要
为客观评价北京市兽医实验室非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测能力水平,2021年北京市动物疫病预防控制中心组织10家区级兽医实验室和7家非洲猪瘟第三方授权实验室开展了非洲猪瘟病毒核酸检测能力比对试验,并利用箱线图、稳健统计Z比分数、尧敦图等统计方法,对各实验室非洲猪瘟病原学检测结果进行统计分析。结果显示,18家兽医实验室(含北京市动物疫病预防控制中心)中有17家检测结果正确,只有1家实验室的1份盲样检测结果不合格,但部分实验室仍存在检测结果预警情况。建议各实验室持续加强质量控制,提高检测能力和水平。
In order to objectively evaluate the proficiency of Beijing veterinary laboratories for detecting African swine fever virus(ASFV)nucleic acid,in 2021,10 veterinary laboratories at district level and 7 third-party authorized laboratories for African swine fever(ASF)were organized by Beijing Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control for the proficiency testing for ASFV nucleic acid,followed by an analysis on the results by using boxplots,robust statistical Z-score,Youden plot and other statistical methods.In conclusion,17 out of 18 laboratories(including Beijing Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control)received correct results,and only one blind sample from one laboratory failed,although early warning was obtained by some laboratories.It was therefore recommended all laboratories to further control their quality and improve their capacity and level for detection.
