不同石英砂、弹性颗粒填充密度对人造草坪的冲击吸收、垂直变形性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 由于人造草坪具有更耐磨、易打理、使用寿命长等优点,越来越多的足球场选用其替代天然草坪来进行场地铺装。人造草坪分为免填充型人造草和填充型人造草。填充型人造草需搭配一定填充比的石英砂和弹性颗粒,并配有弹性垫,以达到不同效果的运动性能,匹配不同功能的足球场。本文探究填充不同配比的石英砂和弹性颗粒对填充型人造草坪冲击吸收、垂直变形性能的影响。结果表明,当配有弹性垫的人造草坪填充石英砂25kg/m~2、弹性颗粒8kg/m~2时,其运动性能较好。 Because artificial turf has the advantages of better wear-resistant,easy care and long service life,more and more football fields choose it to replace natural lawn for site pavement.Artificial turf is divided into non filling artificial turf and filling artificial turf.The filled artificial turf needs to be matched with quartz sand and elastic particles with a certain filling ratio,and equipped with elastic pads,to achieve different sports performance and match football fields with different functions.The effects of filling different proportion of quartz sand and elastic particles on shock absorption and vertical deformation performance of filled artificial turf are investigated in this paper.The results show that when the artificial turf with elastic pad is filled with 25kg/m~2 quartz sand and 8kg/m~2 elastic particles,its sports performance is better.
