两种分光光度法测定样品中铁含量的比较——以化学实验技术技能大赛为例 被引量:1

摘要 依据2021年化学实验技术赛项规程及检测标准,建立了1,10-菲啰啉分光光度法与磺基水杨酸分光光度法测定样品中铁含量的方法,分别采用两种分光光度法测定样品中铁含量。结果发现,两种方法的标准曲线相关系数R可达0.999995以上,检测方法可行;两种方法测定待测液吸光度值的极差不大于0.001,|相对误差|不大于0.5%,精密度与准确度均达到化学实验技术赛项结果性考核要求,检测结果有效;经F检验、t检验,两种方法的方差与平均值无显著性差异,检测结果是一致的。 According to standard specifications and the regulation of Chemical Experiment Technology Competition Item in 2021 National Competition for Skills of Vocational Education,two spectrophotometric methods with 1,10-Phenanthroline and Sulfosalicylic Acid for determination of iron content were established,and iron content in samples was determined by two spectrophotometric methods.Study results showed that the correlation coefficient of calibration curves of two spectrophotometric methods reached more than 0.999995,so the methods were feasible.Range of absorbency of test solutions by two spectrophotometric methods was less than 0.001,and absolute value of the relative error of iron content was less than 0.5%,precision and accuracy of results achieved the assessment requirements of Chemical Experiment Technology Competition Item,that is,the results were effective.Based on consistency evaluation,there was no significant difference on means and variances,the results of two spectrophotometric methods were consistent.
