摘要
以罗汉参皮为原料,利用超声波辅助提取,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面试验设计优化罗汉参总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。以总黄酮得率为指标,得出最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数95.7%,超声功率120 W,料液比1︰46(g/mL),提取温度40℃,提取时间6 min。在此条件下罗汉参皮总黄酮得率为9.1 mg/g。抗氧化试验结果表明,通过清除DPPH自由基、清除ABTS自由基、还原力和总抗氧化性能力4项抗氧化能力评价,罗汉参皮总黄酮都表现出一定的活性,其量效关系呈现不同的规律性。
The optimal extraction process condition for the total flavonoids of Apios americana Medic.was optimized by ultrasonic-assisted extraction using the peel as raw material,and its antioxidant activity was investigated by response surface experimental design on the basis of single-factor experiments.The optimum extraction condition was ethanol concentration of 95.7%,ultrasonic power of 120 W,material-to-liquid ratio of 1︰46(g/mL),extraction temperature of 40℃and extraction time of 6 min;The total flavonoids yield of the peel of Apios americana Medic.was 9.1 mg/g under this condition.The results of the antioxidant experiments showed that the total flavonoids of the peel of Apios americana Medic.had certain activities by scavenging DPPH free radicals,scavenging ABTS free radicals,reducing power and total antioxidant capacity,and their quantitative-effect relationships showed different patterns.
