摘要
为确定引起张掖地区肉牛呼吸道感染的病原菌,从张掖地区不同肉牛养殖场采集患有呼吸道疾病的肉牛的鼻腔拭子、肺脏及肝脏等病料组织127份,采用分离鉴定、形态学观察、生化鉴定及PCR等方法进行分离鉴定,用人工感染动物试验、K-B药敏纸片法分别检测分离菌株的致病性和耐药情况。结果显示,分离得到了79株腔隙莫拉菌,其中64株能引起小鼠发病,为致病型菌株;分离的64株腔隙莫拉菌对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、庆大霉素等8种抗生素耐药率较高,耐药率在66.7%~98.4%之间,对头孢噻肟、头孢噻呋、恩诺沙星等6种药物耐药率在7.8%~30.2%之间,耐10、9、8种药物分离菌株最多,分别占分离菌株的23.2%、21.9%和17.2%。结果表明该地区腔隙莫拉菌为引起肉牛呼吸道感染的主要病原菌,具有一定耐药性,对肉牛养殖可能存在潜在的威胁,应加强肉牛源腔隙莫拉菌病的防控措施。
In order to determine the pathogenic bacteria causing respiratory tract infection of beef cattle in Zhangye area,127 diseased tissues such as nasal swabs,lungs and livers of beef cattle with respiratory diseases were collected from different beef cattle farms in Zhangye area.They were isolated and identified by isolation and identification,morphological observation,biochemical identification and PCR.The pathogenicity and drug resistance of the isolated strains were detected by artificial infection animal test and K-B drug sensitivity paper method.The results showed that 79 strains of Moraxella lacunata were isolated,of which 64 were pathogenic strains;The drug resistance rates of 64 strains of Moraxella lacunata to amoxicillin,ampicillin,gentamicin and other 8 antibiotics were high,ranging from 66.7%to 98.4%,and to cefotaxime,ceftiofur,enrofloxacin and other 6 drugs ranging from 7.8%to 30.2%.The strains resistant to 10,9 and 8 drugs were the most,accounting for 23.2%,21.9%and 17.2%respectively.It showed that Moraxella lacunata in this area is the pathogen causing respiratory tract infection of beef cattle,has certain drug resistance,and may pose a potential threat to beef cattle breeding.At the same time,it provides a reference for the prevention and control of Moraxella lacunata infection from beef cattle.
