摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织大鼠肉瘤蛋白活化因子2(RASAL2)、转录调节因子(GATA6)、转录因子(ASCL2)表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法收集2015年6月—2017年6月杭州市余杭区第三人民医院收治的97例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化法检测患者乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2的表达情况,统计对比乳腺癌组织和癌旁组织中各蛋白的阳性表达率,并分析RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2与乳腺癌临床病理特征间的关系,绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2表达与预后的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中的RASAL2阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,GATA6、ASCL2阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2阳性表达水平与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分型等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在不同分化程度、不同分期、有无淋巴结转移患者中RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过绘制Kaplan-Meier生存曲线,乳腺癌RASAL2阴性表达患者3年生存率低于阳性表达患者,GATA6、ASCL2阳性表达患者3年生存率低于阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌患者中RASAL2呈现低表达,GATA6、ASCL2呈现高表达,与乳腺癌的发生发展、转移、分期及预后有密切关联,RASAL2、GATA6、ASCL2有望成为乳腺癌患者预后效果判断的参考指标。
Objective To explore the expressions of RAS protein activator like 2(RASAL2),transcriptional regulatory factor(GATA6),and transcription factor(ASCL2)in breast cancer tissue and the relationships with clinicopathological features and prognosis.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,97 breast cancer patients treated in the Third People's Hospital of Yuhang District were collected as research object,the expressions of RASAL2,GATA6,and ASCL2 in breast cancer tissue and adjacent tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method,and the positive expression rates of each protein in breast tissue and adjacent tissue were statistically compared.The relationships between RASAL2,GATA6,and ASCL2 and clinicopathological features of breast cancer were analyzed,and Kaplan-Meier survival curve was drawn to analyze the relationships between expressions of RASAL2,GATA6,ASCL2 and prognosis.Results The positive expression rate of RASAL2 in breast cancer tissue was lower than that in adjacent tissue,and the positive expression rates of GATA6 and ASCL2 were higher than those in adjacent tissue(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression levels of RASAL2,GATA6,and ASCL2 among breast cancer patients in different age groups,with different tumor sizes,and different pathological types(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the positive expression levels of RASAL2,GATA6,and ASCL2 among breast cancer patients with different degrees of differentiation,different stages,and with or without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).According to Kaplan Meier survival curve,three-year survival rate in breast cancer patients with RASAL2 negative expression was lower than that in breast cancer patients with RASAL2 positive expression,three-year survival rates in breast cancer patients with GATA6 and ASCL2 positive expression were lower than those in breast cancer patients with GATA6 and ASCL2 negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion In breast cancer patients,RASAL2 expression is low,GATA6 and ASCL2 expre
