Fault diagnosis on belt conveyor based on fault tree and Bayesian network

摘要 为了提高带式输送机故障诊断的准确可靠性,提出了一种基于故障树和贝叶斯网络的带式输送机故障诊断模型。通过阐述故障树和贝叶斯网络模型理论和算法,结合某矿带式输送机实际运行工况,建构了带式输送机故障树和贝叶斯网络模型,并将该诊断模型应用到工程实例中。经过诊断,该胶带输送机故障风险等级为Ⅳ级,存在事故风险,并提出了加强带式输送机重点部位检修和维护保养建议。 In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis on the belt conveyor,a fault diagnosis model for the belt conveyor based on fault tree and Bayesian network was proposed.In the paper,after the theory and algorithm of the fault tree and Bayesian network model being expounded,the fault tree and Bayesian network model for the belt conveyor was constructed in combination with actual operation state of a belt conveyor,and then the diagnosis model was applied to engineering examples.The diagnosis results showed the fault risk level of the belt conveyor was gradeⅣwith accident risk.Moreover,the suggestion about strengthening the overhaul and maintenance of key parts.
