摘要
皮带打滑和纵向撕裂是矿用带式输送机的主要故障类型,针对这两种故障类型,在已有故障诊断系统的基础上对其进行优化改善,并在实践中进行了验证.结果 表明,优化改善后的故障诊断系统具有更高的识别率和更低的响应时间,能显著降低企业运行成本,每台带式输送机日常保养和维修成本可降低15%~20%.
Belt slip and longitudinal tear are the main fault types of mine belt conveyor.Aiming at these two fault types,it is optimized and improved on the basis of the existing fault diagnosis system,and verified in practice.As a result,the optimized improved fault diagnosis system has higher recognition rate and lower response time,which can significantly reduce the operating cost of enterprises,and the daily maintenance and repair cost of each belt conveyor can be reduced by 15%-20%.
