摘要
慢性肾衰竭在临床治疗中尚无有效方法。中医药在防治终末期肾病,延缓残存肾功能进行性恶化方面的确切疗效。文章总结了童安荣主任医师应用药对治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验。童安荣主任医师认为中医气机升降失常是病理基础,应用中药的升降浮沉性能,针对病势趋向,调理脏腑气机升降出入,以达到升降有序恢复脏腑功能的效果,其药对的灵活使用,是表现中药气机升降的最好体现,也是童安荣主任医师最常用的方法和理论之一。灵活应用药对,药简力专,在恢复气机升降中,升降相因,寒热并施,补泻兼施,散收同用,往往起到很好的疗效。
There is no effective method in clinical treatment of chronic renal failure.The exact efficacy of Chinese medicine in preventing and treating end-stage renal disease and delaying the progressive deterioration of residual renal function.This article summarizes the clinical experience of TONG Anrong,the chief physician,in treating chronic renal failure with Chinese herbal medicine.Chief physician TONG Anrong believes that the abnormal rise and fall of Qi movement in TCM is the pathological basis.According to the trend of the disease,the rise and fall of Qi movement in the viscera can be regulated by applying the rise and fall performance of TCM,so as to achieve the effect of orderly recovery of the functions of the viscera.The flexible use of the Chinese herbal medicine in the couplet is the best expression of the rise and fall of the Chinese herbal Qi,and is also one of the most commonly used methods and theories of chief physician TONG Anrong.Chief physician TONG Anrong flexibly applies Chinese herbal medicine in couplets.The medicine is simple and the medicine is concentrated.In the process of restoring the Qi movement,the herbs with upward medicine taste and the herbs with downward medicine taste complement each other.The combination of cold and heat,tonic and laxative,and the combination of dispersing and collecting can often achieve good curative effects.
