摘要
中国传统弓道的嬗变是指在我国弓箭从作为生存、狩猎的工具发展为中国传统弓道,现又发展成为适应现代社会需求的一项休闲体育项目的过程。在这个过程中,虽然身体技术的差异性不大,但中国传统弓道在每个阶段所蕴含的文化特质及其外在表现都呈现出较大的差异性。对弓道嬗变的研究,有助于理解中国传统弓道发展过程和进化轨迹,为传统体育项目的现代化提供理论依据,同时挖掘弓道的现代休闲功能,丰富弓道的休闲内涵,为中国弓道的现代发展提供更契合社会需求的发展思路。
The evolution of Chinese traditional archery refers to the process that the archery has developed from a tool of living and hunting into one of Confucian means of self-cultivation,and now it has become a leisure sports item to meet the needs of modern society.In this process,although there is little difference in body skills,the cultural characteristics and external performance of Chinese traditional archery at each stage show great differences.The research on the evolution of archery will help to understand the development process and evolution track of Chinese traditional archery,and provide theoretical basis for the modern activation of traditional sports.At the same time,the research focuses on excavating the modern leisure function of archery,enriching the leisure connotation of archery,and providing a development idea more in line with modern needs for the modern development of Chinese Archery.
