摘要
教育生态的价值取向为人、社会、自然和谐共处,以此为教育实施切入点,引领学生认知自然、了解社会、规范自身行为举止,培养学生热爱自然之情,从而推助学生的发展。学生管理作为高校重要工作内容,与学生全面性发展关联密切。在教育生态视域下,为高校学生管理工作创新提供新的机遇,提升高校学生管理工作质量。对此,依据教育生态的内涵,分析教育生态视域下高校学生管理工作现状,并提出教育生态视域下高校学生管理工作新方向及新路径。
The value orientation of educational ecology is the harmonious coexistence of man,society and nature,which is the starting point for the implementation of education,leading students to recognize nature,understand society,standardize their own behavior,and cultivate students’love for nature,so as to promote students’development.As an important work in colleges and universities,student management is closely related to the all-round development of students.From the perspective of educational ecology,according to the connotation of educational ecology,this paper analyzes the current situation of college student management from the perspective of educational ecology,and puts forward a new direction and path of college student management from the perspective of educational ecology.
