摘要
高职院校来华留学教育的“提质增效”,离不开教育生态的优化与完善。“双高”建设为高职院校来华留学教育生态构建提供了重要机遇,文章分析了“双高”建设与来华留学教育生态构建的互动关系,提出了高职院校来华留学生教育生态构建路径:提高政治站位,统一来华留学教育思想;加强制度建设,提升教育管理实效性;打造教育能力链,确保来华留学教学质量;实施趋同化管理,提升高校服务管理能力。
The“Improvement of Quality and Efficiency”of the international education in higher vocational colleges is inseparable from the optimization and perfection of the educational ecology.“The Construction of High-level Higher Vocational Colleges and Majors”(The Construction of Double High)provides important opportunities for the establishment of the educational ecology in higher vocational colleges.The article analyzes the interactive relationship between the construction of double high and the establishment of the educational ecology,proposes the construction path of the educational ecology in higher vocational colleges:promote the ideological position and unify the educational ideas for international education;strengthen the system construction to enhance the effectiveness of educational management;build an educational capability chain to ensure the quality of international education;implement management assimilation to improve the service management capabilities of higher vocational colleges.
