摘要
近年来慈善组织风险事件表明,构建慈善组织公信力长效机制,防范慈善组织风险是促进慈善事业健康发展的重要前提,亟须进一步开展理论研究。慈善组织风险具有复杂的形成机理,本文旨在对慈善组织风险的影响因素进行识别,整合有关慈善组织风险的环境论、组织论等解释视角,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对媒体报道的15个慈善组织案例进行分析,探究影响慈善组织风险程度的多重肇因及其耦合路径。研究结果表明,慈善组织高风险程度的组态模式有三种:环境驱动型、内外联动型和组织主导型。而防范慈善组织风险,不仅需要提升外部环境的参与共建,同时要依赖于组织治理的自主突破,以促进外部环境与组织治理的有机耦合。研究旨在与已有理论进行对话与整合,更好地解释复杂性情境下慈善组织风险的生成机理,为慈善组织风险的分类治理提供有益的理论借鉴。
In recent years,the risk events of charitable organizations show that building a long-term mechanism for the credibility of charitable organizations and preventing the risk of charitable organizations are important prerequisites for the healthy development of philanthropy,and further theoretical research is urgently needed.The risk of charitable organizations has a complex mechanism.This paper aims to identify the influencing factors of the risk of charitable organizations,integrate the environmental theory,organizational theory and other explanatory perspectives on the risk of charitable organizations,and use the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to analyze 15 cases of charitable organizations reported by the media to explore the multiple causes and their coupling paths that affect the degree of risk of charitable organizations.The results show that there are three configuration modes of high-risk degree of charitable organizations:environment-driven,internal and external linkage and organization-led.To prevent the risks of charitable organizations,it is necessary not only to enhance the participation and co-construction of the external environment,but also to rely on the independent breakthrough of organizational governance to promote the organic coupling between the external environment and organizational governance.The purpose of this study is to dialogue and integrate with existing theories,better explain the formation mechanism of charitable organization risk in complex situations,and provide a useful theoretical reference for the classified governance of charitable organization risk.
