摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记以“六个统一”系统总结了全面从严治党的成功经验,即坚持思想建党和制度治党相统一;坚持使命引领和问题导向相统一;坚持抓“关键少数”和管“绝大多数”相统一;坚持行使权力和担当责任相统一;坚持严格管理和关心信任相统一;坚持党内监督和群众监督相统一。“六个统一”具有鲜明的辩证统一性,是党中央对全面从严治党内在规律的自觉探索、深刻解读和独到创见。充分阐明“六个统一”内蕴的辩证思维并将之贯穿于管党治党的具体实践,对于持续推进新时代党的建设伟大工程向纵深发展,不断提升党治国理政的科学化水平具有重要的现实意义。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has systematically summarized the successful experience of seeing governance over the Party using“Six Unifications”,namely,adhering to the unity of ideological work and institution building,adhering to the unity of mission guidance and problem orientation,adhering to the unity of focusing on the oversight over the“key few”and“vast majority”,adhering to the unity of exercising power and assuming responsibility,adhering to the unity of strict management and care and trust,adhering to the unity of internal and public oversight.“Six Unifications”is of great dialectical unity and is the Party Central Committee’s conscious exploration,profound interpretation and unique viewpoint over seeing governance over the Party,fully elucidating the dialectical thinking embedded in the“Six Unifications”and running it through the actual practice of exercising self-supervision and self-governance.It is of practical significance to continue to promote the great new project of Party building in the new era and improve the efficiency of the Party’s governance of China.
