摘要
全面从严治党意在杜绝部分党员的背德违法行为遏制其对党的侵蚀,提升党员素质品性示范引领社会风气,加强党员党性训练带动其他问题的解决,改善党的领导提升党的战斗力,为经济的持续发展社会的长治久安奠定坚实基础。当下我国经济进入新常态,改革进入深水区,社会发展进入矛盾多发期,必须以习近平提出的"四个全面"战略思想统揽全局,迎难而上。全面从严治党是坚定和顺利全面实现小康的定盘星和推进器,是确保和推进全面深化改革的定力基石,是深化和落实全面依法治国的保障和关键。
Comprehensively strictly governing the Party is to eliminate some immoral and illegal actives ot party members for containing their erosion, to improve their quality and virtue for demonstrating and leading social ethos, to strengthen their party spirit for promoting to solving other social problem, to perfect the Party＇s leadership for improving the Party＇s fighting capacity, and to build a firm base for economic sustainable development and social lasting political stability. At present, Chinese economy enters new normal, reform enters deep water area, social development enters a period in which social contradictions emerge frequently, so we must plan overall with ＂Four Comprehensives＂ put forward by Xi Jingping. Therefore Comprehensively strictly govern the Party have the important functions：it is the first mark and propeller to comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society firmly and successfully;it is composure and footstone to ensure and advance comprehensively deepen reform; it is guarantee and key to deepen and implement comprehensively govern the nation according to the laws.
