摘要
基于数字贸易对外贸高质量发展的影响机理,利用2013—2020年中国大陆30个省份面板数据,使用双固定效应模型、中介效应模型对数字贸易驱动外贸高质量发展进行了实证研究。结果表明:数字贸易能够显著正向促进外贸高质量发展,且影响效应存在异质性差异,西部地区、经济落后地区的这种影响比中东部地区、经济发达地区更为显著。从作用机制上看,科技创新是数字贸易推动外贸高质量发展的重要作用渠道,数字贸易可通过提升科技创新有效推动外贸高质量发展。基于此,分别从均衡协调、绿色可持续、创新、开放等层面提出促进外贸高质量发展的对策建议。
Based on the impact mechanism of digital trade on the high-quality development of foreign trade, this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020 to conduct an empirical study on the high-quality development of foreign trade driven by digital trade using the double fixed effect model and the mediating effect model. The results show that digital trade can significantly and positively promote the high-quality development of foreign trade, and the impact effect is heterogeneous. The impact of western regions and economically backward regions is more significant than that of central and eastern regions and economically developed regions. From the perspective of the mechanism, scientific and technological innovation is an important channel for digital trade to promote the high-quality development of foreign trade. Digital trade can effectively promote the high-quality development of foreign trade by enhancing scientific and technological innovation.Based on this, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of foreign trade from the aspects of balance and coordination, green sustainability, innovation and openness.
