摘要
目的 观察中医情志护理对恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 将62例恶性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组采用常规临床护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医情志护理。观察2组患者护理前后护理满意率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及生活质量健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的变化。结果 观察组护理满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。与护理前相比,2组患者均可降低SAS评分和SDS评分以及提高SF-36评分(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,经中医情志护理后,能明显降低SAS评分、SDS评分,提高SF-36评分(P <0.05)。结论 通过对恶性肿瘤患者实施中医情志护理,可缓解其抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪,并提高其生活质量。
Objective To observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with malignant tumor. Methods 60 patients with malignant tumor were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical nursing,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of the control group. The changes of nursing satisfaction rate,self-rating anxiety scale( SAS),self-rating depression scale( SDS) and quality of life health survey short form( SF-36) were observed before and after nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Compared with before nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and SF-36 were decreased in both groups( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly reduced and the scores of SF-36 were increased after traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can alleviate the negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,and improve their quality of life.
