摘要
为增强高校辅导员自身职业的认同感,走出对职业定位和未来发展认知模糊的困境,探索更好地实现其专业化发展的路径。提出的应对策略是:要做好辅导员选聘时的把关工作,优化其入职培训模式,长期且分阶段地关注其成长,厘清工作职责界限,为其专业化发展留出更多的时间和精力,并强化职业心理认同。与此同时,辅导员还应提高自身的业务能力和知识水平,更好地投身于德育工作。针对辅导员职业发展各个环节提出的对策建议,以期为辅导员的专业化发展提供参考。
In order to enhance college counselors’sense of professional identity,help them out of the dilemma of vague cognition of career orientation and future development,this paper explores ways to better realize their professional development.It is necessary to be strict with candidates of counselors,optimize the professional training mode,pay attention to their growth in a long-term,delineate their work,and enhance their professional identity.Meanwhile,counselors should also improve their professional ability and knowledge to better devote themselves to the work of moral education.The research puts forward these strategies for the various stages of the career development of counselors so as to provide references for their professional development.
