摘要
目的:探讨在上消化道出血并发呼吸感染老年患者治疗中辅以标准化护理的干预价值。方法:试验对象选于2020年1月~2022年2月期间,在甘肃省白银市会宁县第二人民医院就医的上消化道出血并发呼吸道感染老年患者70例,以数字奇偶法均分为2组,在施治期间提供常规护理与标准化护理,统计组间心理状况与满意度。结果:观察组焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组施护总满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:通过以标准化护理展开干预,可有效消除或缓解老年患者不良心理的同时,还能增加其对于医疗服务的满意度,适宜推广与借鉴。
Objective:To explore the intervention value of standardized nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated with respiratory infection.Methods:70 elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated with respiratory tract infection were selected from January 2020 to February 2022in the Second People’s Hospital of Huining County,Baiyin City,Gansu Province.They were divided into 2 groups by parity method.Routine nursing and standardized nursing were provided during the treatment,and psychological status and satisfaction among the groups were counted.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intervention with standardized nursing can effectively eliminate or relieve the adverse psychology of elderly patients,but also increase their satisfaction with medical services,which is suitable for promotion and reference.
